Insight FAQ


How do I login to Insight?

To login to Insight either click the link above or type http://insight.ashtoncsc.lancs.sch.uk/INSIGHT/ into a web browser.

Pupils can login using the same details as they use to access the schools networked computers.

Parents will be sent details on how to login via their personal email address.


I haven’t received my login details, how can I get them?

Within the first few weeks, at the start of the new academic year in September, year 7 pupils and parents will be issued with login details. 

If you need reminder login details, please contact our school reception on 01772 513002 or email enquiries@ashtoncsc.com and your query will be directed to the appropriate department.


I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

Parents, if you’ve forgotten your login details please visit the Insight login page and click the “don’t know your password” link. This will send a password reset link to your email address, please then follow the steps to gain access to your account.

Pupils, please visit the ICT Support department to reset your password.


How do I access Insight on my Mobile device?
