High level skills in Food and Nutrition

Having completed the first part of their GCSE, Y11 students are now practicing their high level skills ahead of their practical assessment.  This week they made individual apple tarts, choosing their own way to decorate them with shortcrust pastry.  We are very proud of their outcomes (some pictures are prior to baking!)
