Ashton's Got Talent Final

Last night we held the annual 'Ashton's Got Talent Final'. We heard 12 amazing performances from pupils in years 7 to 11, and the judges had a very difficult time deciding the winner! The quality of performances was outstanding! Our winner was Keira N in year 11, who had the whole audience laughing with her excellent, self-written, standup comedy performance! Our second place was Reanne J B who wowed the judges and the audience with a note perfect performance of Beyonce's 'Halo’. Our third place was Chloe K, who gave a spectacular performance on the piano of 'Unlasting' from Anime. The music department would also like to extend our thanks to all our pupils who performed, Mrs Barrow for being an excellent compare, all the staff who attended, our excellent judging panel, and our special guests Mr Barrow & Mr Darbyshire who had the whole room laughing with their comedy performance as a last-minute addition!
