Many thanks to all staff who supported this years collection in school for the poppy appeal. The poppy appeal organiser for Preston West , Al Sutherland , has been in touch to let us know that the schools in this area raised a whopping £5,360.38 for the Royal British legion.
We also received a second email to congratulate us on being the secondary school in the area that raised the most money, which is great to hear for such a worthy cause.
So thanks again to everybody who contributed to the Poppy Appeal and supported all the different Remembrance activities we had in school.
