How do i activate my ParentPay account?

If you have not received your login details, please use the link at the bottom of this page to contact ICT Support.

If you have received your login details, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to parentpay.com
  2. Click the login button in the top right corner.
  3. Enter the login details you received from school.
  4. Fill out the form with your personal details.

How do i add a child to my existing ParentPay account?

  1. Log in to your existing activated ParentPay Parent account.
  2. Either:
    • On a mobile device select the menu icon from the top left of the page then select Add a child.
    • On a computer select the Add a child icon from the top left of the home page or from the left-hand menu.
  3. Enter the activation codes exactly as displayed in your activation letter or email, then select Continue.
  4. If adding a child, enter their date of birth before selecting Confirm.
  5. You will see confirmation that the child has been added successfully and you will be able to make payments for the newly added child.

How do i add lunch money to my child's account?

In order for your child to be able to spend money in the school cafeteria, you must purchase the payment item on ParentPay named Catering Income.


School Synergy FAQ

How do i activate my School Synergy account?

If you have not received a student code, please use the link at the bottom of this page to contact ICT Support.

If you have received a student code, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to ashton.schoolsynergy.co.uk
  2. Click register parent account.
  3. Fill in your details and student code, click Register.
  4. Click the verification link that is emailed to you.

How do i add a child to my existing School Synergy account?

If you have not received an activation code for your additional child, please use the link at the bottom of this page to contact ICT Support.

If you have received an activation code for your additional child, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Portal, open the side menu and click ‘Manage Students’.
  2. Click ‘Link another Student’.
  3. Use the student code from your school registration letter and their date of birth.
  4. The photo at the top of the Portal indicates the currently selected child. Click the photo to select a different child and view their information.

How do i activate my Satchel account?

If you have not received a parent code, please use the link at the bottom of this page to contact ICT Support.

If you have received a parent code, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to satchelone.com/login
  2. Search for your child's school (by name or postcode).
  3. Enter your parent code below.
  4. Tick "I am not a robot" and complete any security tasks if necessary.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Follow the instructions to create your account.

How do i add a child to my existing Satchel account?

If you have received an activation code for your additional child, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your existing parent account.
  2. Click on Account Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the "Link another student to your account" section on the right and enter your parent code.
