Science Week

This week was the 30th National Science Week! Here at Ashton we had a whole host of time themed events lined up for our students culminating in a showcase of staff talents! Students have spent the week making bottle cars and completing a treasure hunt, guessing the time for staff's talents. On Friday lunchtime the bottle car race took place and the bit everyone was waiting for.... watching the staff showcase their talents including speedy Rubix cube solving, alphabet signing, money counting, a circus of acts (hula hooping and juggling, not at the same time - now that would be impressive!), Pi to 27 decimal places and of course Mr Barrow's epic headstand!
